Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't quite right, here's how we can help.
Our 30-Day Returns Promise
You can return a product within 30 days of the date of purchase (not the delivery date) if it is:
- Faulty – it has a problem that wasn't caused by you, or it stopped working properly through normal use
- Not fit for purpose – it doesn't do what it's meant to do, or what we said it would do
- The incorrect size – you received a different size to the one you ordered
Please note: returns for a change of mind are not accepted. This includes situations where you've simply changed your mind, found the item cheaper elsewhere, or no longer want it. This policy doesn't affect any rights you may separately have under the Australian Consumer Law.
How to Start a Return
Contact us at brunswick@myride.com.au within 30 days of your purchase date, including your order number and a description (and photo, if relevant) of the issue. We'll review your request and let you know the next steps, which may include returning the item to us.
Once assessed:
-
For faulty or defective items, we will cover return shipping costs and provide a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (where you choose the remedy for major faults).
-
For all other approved returns, items must be returned at the buyer's expense.
What You'll Need
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
- The item in the condition it was received, where reasonably possible (this doesn't apply if the fault makes this impossible)
Refunds
Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Our returns policy operates alongside, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Under the ACL, you're automatically entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product has a major problem, and to a repair or replacement if the problem is minor. These consumer guarantees apply regardless of any additional policy we offer.
For more information about your rights, visit the ACCC website or your state or territory consumer affairs body.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
